A world-wide brand (the world’s largest of its type) offering Italian/American cuisine with more than 250 restaurants and take away outlets in the UK.

The Brief

To introduce a provision for grease management to ensure compliance and reduce FOG blockage trade disruptions and costs.

The Solution

We offered to perform a trial at a site which would identify the practicalities of the product in a commercial kitchen setting and also demonstrate the effectiveness of the product in what was thought to be a very low FOG producing menu. We designed the system, and handled the specification, installation, and commissioning of a GreaseShield grease recovery unit (GRU). Once the results of the trial were presented the client instructed us to programme a schedule of installations across the majority of their estate. We provided each site with our expert guidance throughout the project and have a schedule of service maintenance attendances to ensure the client continues to receive best value for their investment.
