The Brief
To reduce business disruption from FOG blockages whilst ensuring compliance to building regulations and water industry specifications. Ensuring the offering was both practical, competitive and above all “the best in class”!
The Solution
We are providing an upgraded grease management system for the commercial kitchens at over 40 sites, with a measured approach to further upgrades across the entire estate.
We design the new system, handled the specification, installation, and commissioning of the GreaseShield grease recovery units (GRUs). We also provided each site with our expert guidance throughout the project and provide our ongoing service maintenance to ensure the client continues to receive best value for their investment.
The Product – GreaseShield (GRU)
A proactive mechanical grease trap, GreaseShield take advantage of waste thermal energy present in the effluent discharged from commercial kitchens to remove emulsified FOGs from wastewater. The units are the only environmentally certified grease removal units on the market.
